Polar Express

Well on Thursday my Mom and Dad took me and my sister to a surprise and me and her couldn't find out what it was until we got to a train station and that is when I guessed it was the Polar Express and it was! We went on a 2 hour train ride, we got hot cocoa and sugar cookies, elves and Santa came onto the train, the conductor let everyone try on his hat and he punched holes into our tickets. Also these elves came up to us and one of them had a doll and was like making weird noises and than she asked if we knew that language and she translated it to us and the doll said Merry Christmas. And than another elf came up to us and asked what we wanted for Christmas and I said I wanted an Xbox 360 and a Kinect and my sister wanted a barbie doll house and a board game called doggy doo and  much much more. And than Santa came and my Mom wanted me to take a picture with that hobo on the top of the train. He was my favorite person from that movie. What do you want for Christmas? Post what you want for Christmas in my comment box. Merry Christmas!

Today!

Today I am going to my grandma and grandpa's house for dinner. We are going to leave early so we don't miss Santa. Other than that we are just going to hang out in our jammy's!=) ( at least that is what my Dad said. ) Well I hope you all have a very awesome Christmas and a Happy New Year! Also I hope that you all get what you wanted!

Christams Tree

A couple of weeks ago my family and I got to decorate and put up my Christmas tree. At first all the branches were hanging down really low so we had to move all the decorations farther back on the tree. We had a dog angel and a star me and my sister made and we had to decide which one to put on to the tree and we voted and the star won. It was fun =)

R.P.I.

Today was my lego robotics competition. My team is the Malta Bots and we came in 4th place out of 14 teams. My team got the trophy for the best team spirit award and we all got a medal. In lego robotics we basically program and build a robot out of legos. We also have to do a lot of research on the topic they have to pick for the competition like this year was food safety so we had to look up harmful bacteria that could get you sick if you ate it. Next year we have to do a topic on senior transportation and we have to try to come up with ways to help seniors move around. It is always something fun. I liked to experience this and it was my first time so I didn't no anything about it. Along the way  my coach and referees and mentors were there to help me.

Pearl Harbor

Yesterday was the 70th anniversary for something very important... it was the day that the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. They dropped bombs on us and nobody thought it was a real thing when the message came up and they were like it is just a drill we don't have to do anything so they didn't start to notice until the bombs were dropped and it was a very sunny Sunday morning and men were just sitting around doing there jobs when it happened. It was completely unexpected. The U.S.A wanted nothing to do with the war that was going on between the notzis  and France so they just stayed out of it, didn't fight. Usually when you start a war with someone you will call them and say I declare war on the U.S.A so again it was completely unexpected. We ended the feud between the U.S.A and Japan by us dropping nuclear bombs on two of there very populated city's. The Japanese surrendered in early July 1945.  When I was little I used to live in Pearl Harbor. In case you don't know where Pearl Harbor is it is in Hawaii. So many people lost there lives that day.  Right now if a person was 20 when this happened and they were still alive they would be 91 years old. If you know anybody that fought during that war like you grandpa or grandma post it in my comment box.

Tomorrow!

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving! I cannot wait! It will be so cool to eat with all of my family and friends laughing and talking and eating our favorite foods. We always have our Thanksgiving feast so this year we are having it at my house. My family is already getting everything ready for tomorrow. We just put up my table and we are setting out our silverware and cups. Today I am going to the hospital to see my friends new sister! I saw a picture of her little sister but I haven't seen her in person. It is so exciting when your Mom or your friends Mom has a baby. It is always so cool to meet a little baby and get to hold her and hug her! It is just amazing! Well hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Today I went to see what type of x-mas tree we wanted. We weren't going to bring it home but we were going to tag it. That means you put it on hold. It was cool because we got to see all the different types of trees and than we went back home. I can't believe it is already snowing and it isn't even Thanksgiving yet! I can't wait to eat turkey, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, green beans, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, and apple pie. Write you think about  that in the comment box. Have a happy Thanksgiving! =)

Thanksgiving is close!!! =)

It's almost Thanksgiving and that means turkey's are here! Last year in November a turkey and its baby's walked up from the ravine in my backyard. My Mom and I thought it was a gigantic squirrel trying to eat tiny chipmunks and we got so scared until finally we found out it was a turkey and its babies. We found out that turkey can get to be very big when they are fully grown and tiny babies are very tiny when they are little. They are probably the size of a tennis ball with legs. Here's a tip: Don't ever go hunting and try to get a fully grown turkey because they are very vicious.Believe Me.
